HowTo: hire someone

sent an email "I am planing to hire Mr/Mrs ... with email adress ... from ... till ...." to Mrs. Venema. This should be done 3 month before the beginning of the contract
Mrs Venema will collect the necessary documentsfrom the candidate (more than 10 different ones... If you are really interested see here). Some documents might have to be translated to German (this translation can be organiszed by Mrs. Venema, but has to be paid for by the candidate). Usually this collecting and translating process takes about 1 month.
The completed package of documents is singned and send to the administration for processing. At some point in time a contract is produced that can than be signed. This might take another 2 months.
