Anton Deitmar: Automorphic forms of higher order

Modular forms of higher order arise in percolation theory, in converse theorems, and in the theory of Eisenstein-series twisted by modular symbols. In the talk, I will present a representation-theoretic approach via adelic groups. This is a bit surprising, as there are no higher order forms on adelic groups.
